Christine is responsible for all elements of the human resources (HR) functions of EMCOR Government Services (EGS), including employee relations, recruiting, talent and organizational development, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance assurance, culture and more.

She provides leadership, direction, and support for the organization, focusing on the growth and development of talent, and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices. Her efforts help attract the brightest talent to EGS, retain our outstanding team members, and promote a workplace culture of diversity, inclusion, safety and success.

Expertise

Christine has two decades of experience and has held HR leadership roles at leading companies across a variety of industries. In her career, she has led HR teams responsible for thousands of employees globally and saved companies millions of dollars by ensuring the HR function is a strategic partner to the business.

Her expertise includes succession planning, talent development and acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, strategic workforce planning, compensation, safety, compliance, and much more.

Christine holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University.

The Personal Side

A military brat and spouse, Christine lends her expertise through volunteer efforts with the US Military’s Transition Assistance Program, assisting servicemembers with resume writing and interview skills.

Christine is a fitness enthusiast, and enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and competitive cycling with her husband and son.
