Joseph ensures that processes and procedures are in place to meet clients' needs for high-performance facilities services. He is involved in all day-to-day operations of the company. In addition to managing the company's revenue and profitability growth, he oversees the firm's current and future strategic direction, directs planning activities and establishes the organization's structure and policies.

 

Expertise

Prior to joining EMCOR Government Services, Joseph held various positions with Carrier Corporation, including Director for Carrier Mid South. He spent 12 years in the Army, rising to become Lieutenant - Major. While in the Army, he commanded a 153-man combat engineer company while also commanding a US Army installation in Korea. He won the Itschner Award as the top engineer company in the 8th US Army.

 

Joe holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, as well as a masters' degree in management from MIT - Sloan School of Management. While at MIT, he was recognized as a Seley Scholar, an honor awarded to only two graduates each year.
